Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has submitted their planning application for the delivery a new school at its site in Weston-Super-Mare
The plans for the building – designed to host Weston Airfield Primary School, a nursery, and a community space – were sent to North Somerset Council as part of the housebuilder’s commitment at Haywood Village site, which when complete will deliver over 2,500 homes to local families.

It will be equipped with solar panels, powered by air-source heat pumps, while the estate will also include wildflower areas, insect hotels, potential beehives, and log-based habitats.
