L&Q Launch New Affordable Family Houses in Rugby

The most popular house-type in Rugby, semi-detached houses accounted for the majority of property sales in the town last year, selling for an average of £284,882 in 2022. Driven by growing demand, average sold prices in the region grew by 5% from 2021 to 2022.


Recognising this increased need for affordable family homes in the area, L&Q is launching a new collection of attractive four-bedroom Shared Ownership houses at Ashlawn Rise in Rugby on Saturday 24th June. Deposits for the new launch start from £7,100 for a four-bedroom Shared Ownership home.
