ERIK HOLMGREN JOINS MASKELLS TO BOLSTER PCL OFFERING
Leading prime central London estate agency Maskells has added to its senior leadership team with the hire of Erik Holmgren who joins the 61-year-old firm as Director.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Erik joins Maskells from Beauchamp Estates, where he spent six years, initially as Head of Lettings before successfully establishing the Marbella office in 2024. The majority of Erik’s career has been spent covering the Mayfair and St. James’s prime lettings market in his previous role and during a ten-year stint at Chestertons.
Erik will further bolster Maskells’ service driven offering across their core prime central London markets, whilst adding increased experience to their Mayfair operations. Erik’s appointment is part of a continued expansion for the agency that was first established in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in 1965.
