Forbes Global Properties launches in the United Kingdom
Led by Martin Bikhit, the firm will represent the UK’s
best-in-class homes priced over £10 million

London, 12th May, 2026 – Forbes Global Properties, an international network of invitation-only real estate brokerages, has launched in the United Kingdom. Led by Martin Bikhit, who brings 30 years’ expertise in the real estate industry, UK Forbes Global Properties will operate nationwide and represent the brand exclusively in the UK, focusing on best-in-class prime and super-prime properties. The addition strengthens the network’s presence in one of the world’s most significant property markets.
UK Forbes Global Properties will specialise in the most exclusive properties in London priced over £10 million, and above £5 million across the rest of the UK. The team—expert brokers in their local markets—advise on coveted Central London townhouses and apartments, landmark country houses and private estates, and nationally significant trophy assets. The firm’s approach will be deliberately selective, focused on best-in-class properties that appeal to discerning buyers from around the world. The senior-led team provides advisory and strategic insight backed by proven results delivering a level of service synonymous with the Forbes brand.
UK Forbes Global Properties will operate a brokerage model and will initially invite a select group of founder agents, to work alongside the existing team as part of its UK launch. Target geographies include all areas of prime London, the Home Counties, and key UK regions with established market of £5 million and above. For top performing agents, the model offers the opportunity to build and lead a team within their respective market under the UK Forbes Global Properties brand. This approach is designed to create UK coverage for our global affluent clients in the geographies they want to transact property in.
Each agent will remain a specialist in their own market, while benefiting from the reach, credibility and global profile of the Forbes Global Properties brand. The brokerage will offer full operational support including marketing, compliance, accounting, company set-up and statutory filing services.

As part of the launch, the group will be moving into a new grade A office headquarters in W1, reflecting the expectations and calibre of Forbes Global Properties’ international clientele.
