L&Q Unveils New Show Home and Exclusive First Time Buyer Offers in Park Royal
The latest research into London’s property market has found that in the first quarter of 2024, first time buyers accounted for half of the house purchases in London, up from 41% in 2023.
Responding to this increased first-time buyer demand in London, L&Q has launched two exclusive incentives this June – offering customers up to £1,000 towards buying costs at L&Q at Regency Heights in West London’s Park Royal, as well as personalised window dressings to the remaining one-bedroom apartments.
Ensuring buyers have the opportunity to visualise their very own window dressings, L&Q has a variety of colourways and samples for customers to view and personalise to their taste. With a new show home now open, complete with finishes by Vesta Interiors, L&Q customers are able to discover the latest interiors at L&Q at Ridgeway Views when touring the development.
Set in landscaped grounds featuring open lakes, L&Q at Regency Heights is a contemporary collection of one, two and three-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments in Park Royal. A genuinely affordable offering, current prices start from £85,000 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (FMV: £340,000).
Claire Brenlund, Sales and Marketing Director at L&Q, comments: “The start of 2024 has seen high levels of demand from first time buyers, particularly in the capital. We know how important owning a home is to our customers and want to ensure we support our buyers through the process. That’s why we have launched additional offers at L&Q at Regency Heights, to help customers save on costs wherever possible. Opening the doors to our new show home has no doubt given first time buyers a real glimpse at life at the development, and we look forward to welcoming new residents to L&Q at Regency Heights soon.”
Part of the largest regeneration project in the capital in over 10 years, the development forms part of the area transformation set to create a new neighbourhood delivering 26,500 homes over the next four decades.
L&Q at Regency Heights has taken architectural inspiration from the former Guinness Brewery which stood on the site until 2005, with the design of the new buildings incorporating modern industrial brick architecture designed to blend into the wider historical context of the local area.
The contemporary interiors of the homes at L&Q at Regency Heights are designed with flexible, modern living in mind. Kitchens are complete with fully integrated appliances. Each home has private outdoor space, ideal for residents to enjoy the warmer months. L&Q at Regency Heights has a communal bike storage area, encouraging residents to explore the cycle paths situated in the parkland next to the new-build apartments.
Old Oak and Park Royal is one of London’s largest regeneration projects; alongside over 25,000 new homes, the £26bn investment will transform the Old Oak Common Rail Depot into a major interchange station – making it the only high-speed rail interchange in the UK served by both Crossrail and HS2 services. The station will be larger than Waterloo, facilitating over 250,000 passengers a day. Old Oak will also welcome a new town centre, which will offer a large social hub hosting a wide range of restaurants and bars. The scheme has plans to enhance the Grand Union Canal, making it an idyllic spot for locals to walk, run and cycle.
Epitomising the buzz of city living, L&Q at Regency Heights is just a short walk from a range of amenities. There are a range of activities within the local area, including Oxygen Freejumping Trampoline Park, Vue Cinema and Tenpin Acton Bowling Alley.
With two tube lines (Piccadilly and Central) and several bus route nearby, residents are well-linked from Park Royal and Hanger Lane stations, with Oxford Circus being accessible in 23 minutes.
Shared Ownership prices start from £85,000 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (FMV: £340,000).
