London:  Rosendale Design, a prestigious, award-winning British design studio known for crafting unique and luxurious spaces for the likes of  Jason Atherton’s restaurants, the Lansdowne Private Members Club, Somerset House and The Stafford St. James, is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Sauce Communications as its official

PR representative.

Founded in 2014 by Dale Atkinson, formerly of Foster + Partners, Rosendale Design has enjoyed a meteoric rise to prominence under Dale’s visionary leadership. The studio specialises in hospitality, retail, and residential projects and not only brings an exceptional blend of creativity and detailed craftsmanship to the UK’s luxury design landscape but also boasts a black book of prestigious clientele that includes celebrity chefs, restauranteurs, noted hoteliers and property developers.

A Commitment to Excellence and Innovation

The multidisciplinary studio caters to all aspects of design from interiors through to furniture and products. Notably, Dale Atkinson and his team are experts in lighting and all lighting is designed in-house. This is particularly important as the way a space is perceived relies heavily on the quality of light. The studio possesses a deep understanding of light's properties and behaviour, allowing it to deliver meticulously crafted and innovative interiors for a diverse range of projects.

The studio works with a global network of talented artists, craftsmen and manufacturers who are dedicated to innovation and quality, thus allowing a variety of cultural views to facilitate a holistic approach to design.

Rooted in a philosophy that emphasises thorough research for all projects, Dale and his team commit extensive hours to studying the history and culture associated with each project. This dedication ensures that each environment is distinctly unique, with no two spaces ever being the same, right down to the fabrics used.

Thanks to this philosophy, Dale and his team have been entrusted to oversee the design of listed and protected buildings, and those in conservation areas, such as Grade I Listed Somerset House and Grade II Listed Roux at Parliament Square (Grade II Listed).

Recent Achievements and Future Endeavours

Dale Atkinson has dedicated his life to his passion and takes pride in his design aesthetic, rich in tradition and yet creatively contemporary. Under Dale’s leadership Rosendale Design has been shortlisted for and won multiple international awards for hotel, restaurant and retail projects which celebrate signature skills such as craft, bespoke finishes and furniture, and an affinity with the build environment.

The studio’s recent projects include the award-winning redesign of the Lansdowne Private Members Club, in Mayfair, which garnered acclaim at the SBID awards, and the introduction of the Aragawa restaurant, famed for its exclusive Wagyu beef.

Currently, Dale is working on three exciting new projects, with Chef Jason Atherton, set to enhance London's culinary and cultural landscape when they open this year in Chelsea, Haymarket, and Mayfair. More details coming soon!

Dale is also involved with the Theatr Clwyd, redevelopment, in Mold, North Wales where he has again teamed up with Chef Bryn Williams, who was Dale’s first client, and this longstanding relationship has seen them work together many times over the past 10 years.
