The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has teamed up with Crane Garden Buildings to unveil the RHS Cube – a bold, modern garden studio blending cutting-edge design with decades of inspirational creation.

Inspired by RHS Hilltop at RHS Garden Wisley, the UK’s first dedicated horticultural scientific centre of excellence, this stylish and fully insulated space is ideal for work, wellness, or simply unwinding. With over 50 years of craftsmanship behind it, the RHS Cube is an elegant, year-round extension of the home.

Customers can personalise their Cube with everything from electrics and partitions to verandas and window layouts. Each studio is made to order at Crane’s Norfolk workshop and installed by expert teams.

Peter Mortin, Business Development Manager for Crane says: “As a proudly Norfolk-based, family-run business, and a well-regarded producer of high-quality-timber garden buildings, we are thrilled to be working with the UK’s favourite gardening charity and gaining inspiration from its work and great gardens.

“The RHS Cube is a marvellous introduction to the RHS Garden Building Collection, which we are sure will receive a very enthusiastic reception from customers.”

“Sustainability is also top of the agenda for many, including us, as we use high-quality products for durability lasting decades, eco-friendly materials and responsible building practices to minimise our environmental impact. We are also registered with the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), meaning that we endorse and promote sustainable forestry practices.”

Launching at select Crane show sites this spring, the RHS Cube will also appear at major events including RHS Malvern Spring Festival, RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival and the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Cathy Snow, Licensing Manager for the RHS, says: “Experience, expertise and reputation are important when choosing a partner in the garden buildings business, and Crane has high ratings in all three.

“We are delighted to be working with Crane on the distinctive and highly desirable RHS Cube and a garden building collection that we are sure will continue to surprise and delight in the coming year.”

The RHS Cube is just the beginning. The garden studio is the first in a full RHS Garden Building Collection in partnership with Crane, with a variety of designs scheduled to be unveiled by the end of 2026. All will be sustainably built, with modern and modular options to suit every garden and lifestyle.
