L&Q Launches Spring Savings for First Time Buyers

Springing into the new season, L&Q has announced a range of exclusive offers available on homes across London and beyond, aimed at helping potential purchasers get onto the property ladder this Spring.


Running throughout April, buyers have the chance to reserve a home for just £99 – an 80% saving on the usual £500 reservation fee. Tying into L&Q exhibiting at the award-winning London Home Show on Saturday 13th April, customers will have the opportunity to find out more about the month-long incentive. During the month of April, purchasers can also receive up to £5000 towards their buying costs when quoting ‘London Home Show’* at the time of reservation**.

The incentive is on a number of developments across London and the Southeast, ranging from spacious three-bedroom apartments through to stylish one bedroom homes.

One of the sites taking part L&Q’s April campaign is L&Q at Kidbrooke Village, where buyers will receive up to £2,000 towards buying costs on one- and two-bedroom homes, and £2,500 towards buying costs when purchasing a three-bedroom home*.
