Bustling with prospective purchasers and interested parties, the launch weekend for the newly complete show apartment at Newland Park was a huge success for leading developer Comer Homes and sole agents Hamptons. Recording over 120 visitors across the weekend, securing multiple reservations and selling over 50% of ground floor apartments within Gott Place, whilst the event was topped off with one eager buyer securing the show home as seen (complete with all fixtures and fittings).

Expertly designed and curated by Comer Homes’ inhouse interior design team, the show apartment possesses a premium and highly refined interior flair, with handmade furniture created to deliver a final design that perfectly complements each room. Typically sourced from UK-based artisans, every item is developed and designed specifically using handpicked fabrics that bring a contrast of colours that bring a wow factor to each space. A new show apartment will be designed and dressed following the sale completion of the current show unit.

Caroline Comer, Sales & Marketing Director at Comer Homes, commented: “The launch weekend for the Newland Park Show apartment was a great success and demonstrated the draw and appeal of this iconic development. We saw a record number of visitors over the two days and secured multiple reservations for the available collection of apartments at Gott Place and the Pankhurst houses, with further deals secured in the days since.”

“We’re looking forward to following up with those who have shown interest and welcoming more potential buyers in the coming days. With Gott Place soon to fully complete the next major step will be welcoming our first residents, which will inject more life to this exceptional place to live.”
