Helena Clunies-Ross Design's journey with ROOM began after discovering their showroom in New York. Impressed by their commitment to quality, craftsmanship and ability to customise their pieces, she specified a sleek metal coffee table for an interior design project. The striking metal centrepiece, that was adapted to be housed in the study of a Tribeca Loft, was a testament to ROOM's dedication to excellence and captivated with its exquisite patina. Inspired by ROOM's versatility and commitment to premium materials, Helena embarked on the creation of her own bespoke furniture collection for ROOM.
This exclusive collection features a range of meticulously crafted pieces, including a sofa, daybed, dining chair, dining table, and console table, each embodying a harmonious blend of sophistication and functionality.
The dining table exudes hints of art deco inspiration, elegantly paired with a minimalist design aesthetic. Crafted from solid ebonised walnut with a lustrous black finish, its slender oval and lightly tapered tabletop rests upon a round, chunky pedestal base, adorned with a discreet antique brass strip that lines the vertical seam. This piece is understated opulence; a pressed and rolled up sleeve exposing a embroidered detail.
The dining chair showcases a refined simplicity, with sleek black timber legs and a cocooning backrest, crafted to perfection. Embracing the interplay of curves and materials, it embodies the essence of understated luxury and impeccable craftsmanship.
Designed to seamlessly integrate into any space, the sofa effortlesslybalances relaxed comfort with structural elegance. This is a piece that couldstand proudly in the centre of any room, with timber screens that wrap aroundthe corners and stretch across the back, providing structural support and acocoon within which the softness of the seating is held. Striking from anyangle, this sofa—with meticulously proportioned arms and sumptuous linenupholstery—exudes timeless sophistication.
Inspired by the graceful curves of art deco design, the console table marries rich timber with sleek bronze accents, creating a striking focal point. The meticulous attention to detail is evident in the transition from black timber to bronze, subtly concealing cords and adding a touch of sophistication to any interior setting.

Its graceful curves create a sense of weightlessness, as if floating above the ground, while the tailored seat cushion and linen-wrapped back offer a luxurious feel.
