Commuters Three-Times More Likely To Buy A Home After 40

According to exclusive data from Outra, buyers under the age of 30 in High Wycombe accounted for only 21% of sales over the past three years. This is compared to the number of buyers over 40, which was almost three times the amount at 57%.
